The A605 is a busy road that runs through the heart of countryside between Northamptonshire and Peterborough . Every week there are 5-10 animals hit and killed on this road. Often larger animals such as Badgers or Foxes. It is awful to see it happening all the time and the road clearly has an awful impact on wildlife and it is dangerous for drivers that are trying to avoid wildlife trying to cross or wildlife already hit. It is time for change, something needs to be done. A wildlife crossing of some description has worked out well for wildlife and people a -like in many parts of the country and would potentially save 1000s of animals, and potentially some human lives.
