Zara Williams is currently on a community order and has previously spent time in prison for her behavior in the community such as breaking restraining orders, harassment and breaching orders. Zara continues to harass victims via social media using numerous fake profiles even after being made subject of a 3 year criminal order which states she must not produce or make fake accounts online. Numerous victims have contacted police but nothing is being done and it’s time to take action. Zara has been seen several times out side Primary schools, at fun days offering to take children to the toilet. One incident Where she spat at a 6 week old baby, also threatened to kidnap and rape an 18 month old baby via messages on fake profiles. She is a danger to our local children and adults and it seems nothing is getting done about this.
