Richard DeVall is an admitted sexual predator. He admitted his crime 10 years ago and then summarily fled to Bolivia.

No sexual predator should be a minister, and no sexual predator should be a missionary. As part of Richard DeVall’s current mission, he is in regular, close contact with little children.

Pastor Kingsbury of North Love Baptist Church is Richard DeVall’s mentor and sending pastor. He needs to immediately recall Richard DeVall from the mission field, and Richard DeVall needs to sit down with the Greenville County Sheriff’s office to confess his offense.

Why is Pastor Paul Kingsbury of North Love Baptist Church enabling a predator to serve as a missionary? Does he not care about those who are abused? Does he not care that there is a high likelihood that this abuser will abuse again? According to several studies, the recidivism rate for rapists is between 50% and 80%.

We have learned that we cannot trust Paul Kingsbury to do the right thing. Therefore, we must demand he does the right thing. Recall Richard DeVall from the mission field.
