Stop North Lanarkshire Council from cutting all classroom assistants from primary schools

NLC are planning on removing classroom assistants from all primary schools. Without this additional support for pupils it could have a devastating effect. 

Classroom assistants are a vital part of our children's education. They offer many benefits e.g..

One on one support

Extra pair of eyes

Take pressure off teacher

Help with class control

Help with children who need additional support 

I would urge people to sign this petition and ask NLC to keep our classroom assistants.
