To be blunt, this is a situation that should've never occurred and progressed as badly as it has. There's no question the bad judgement and passive care of the employees have left Shadow 18 reminders of the sickening apathy the lowest of human beings possess. Shadow has been traumatized and left trembling in fear due to neglect of the staff at Northgate Kennels. Shadow underwent surgery without owner acknowledgement, owners were notified Shadow was attacked, but was downplayed two days after the incident, employee lied about the date of the incident (said Saturday, when it was Friday), and treated the owners rudely upon owners requesting further information after learning the severity of the injuries substained. Please share this act of cruelty to shut down the business in question. We need to to unite as one to show such acts of cruelty will not go unpunished.
