(psychiatry) A person aged 16 years old or older who is MOSTLY or ONLY SEXUALLY ATTRACTED toward PREPUBESCENT CHILDREN.

Did you know an adult can freely sexually pleasure themselves as much as they desire to photos, videos, media, etc of children as long as they have underwear on or are not being sexually abused.  Legally it’s not child pornography, therefore there is nothing you can do.  An adult can spend hours masturbating to these visuals of children. They can even watch it with adult pornography and still have no legal repercussions. 

It’s also legally permissible if they are participating in these actions while children are in the home at the time. More so, the court systems will still place children in that adult’s possession….and allow it to be unsupervised.  No criminal offense means they’re still considered fit as a parent.

Whether a parent or not, this should be concerning and disturbing. Why is masturbating to any child legal?  Why is there not legal repercussions?  How can someone still receive custody of a minor when they sexually pleasure themselves to children?  Why is a pedophile not seen as a risk to the safety of the children?  Even law enforcement have commented that most likely if child pornography has not been viewed yet, it will. And if children have not been touched yet, they’ll try. People become sexually desensitized and begin needing something more to arouse them. 

As a mother of five children my eyes have been opened to the injustice that plays out in family law. My two youngest children (4 & 6) are currently being placed in visitations with a man that has been secretly doing just this. A man that claimed he was working, yet instead was masturbating ALL DAY to videos of children for hours (7am-5pm) while my children were home. The same person that never showed to any of the custody court hearings. Even with the evidence of seven years of written out trauma, audio clips of abuse upon the kids, alcoholic addiction with DUI, history of arrest of lewdness and exposure due to masturbating in a public parking lot, and visuals of his sexual enjoyment to children, the judge has still given this person weekly visitation…let alone UNSUPERVISED. 

My children continue to be forced to go with someone who has proven to be unsafe and unfit.  I ask for you to build an army with me for the protection of my children and all children. Will you stand with me and raise your voice as I propose th following written statutes to be passed. 

“If evidence can be found of an adult sexually pleasuring oneself to any visual of a minor, clothed or unclothed, they shall not be granted custody of any child. Rather, they should automatically be seen as an unfit and unsafe parental figure in the court of law. Therefore, in the best interest of the child and protection over future/further harm towards the child, all physical & legal rights shall be lost to the minor.”

”If an adult is found to be sexually pleasuring oneself to any visual of a minor, clothed or unclothed, they shall be persecuted under a criminal felony.”
