Remove the option to have a confederate flag on NC license plates

The Issue

In North Carolina you have the option to add a confederate flag to your license plate as an add on for “The Sons of Confederate Veterans”.

It is 2020 and there should be no reason individuals can drive around with a confederate flag on their state license plate!
