Tried to file complaint against officer that did not call animals control to the accident I don’t think it’s gonna go very far considering the officer I talked with thought it was perfectly fine to open traffic with me and Declan sitting on guard rail! Because some officers don’t like dogs in their cars ! What ! Are you kidding me ! That needs to change we need change! No one should be treated that way!
