Richard Hall has allegedly admitted to brutally stabbing “Babygirl” multiple times resulting in her death.  Babygirl was removed from a vehicle to commit this atrocious act.  Due to the heinous nature of this crime and the lack of remorse shown animal welfare supporters and the members of Justice for Animals in Oklahoma respectfully encourage you to do everything possible to see that this horrible crime and any related offense are punished and sentenced to the fullest extent of the law.
