Sustainability and Transformation Plans are being rolled out across the UK. These will dramatically alter the shape of the NHS. Details are sketchy, but as it looks like the NHS will be asked to provide more services with less funding, so it looks likely more cuts are on the way. Other councils are publishing plans for STPs now and we urge Norfolk County Council to do the same. As your constituents we have a right to know what is being planned for local NHS services.
