It's hard to believe, but in the thirteen years since she released her critically acclaimed debut album Come Away With Me, Norah Jones still hasn't recorded a smooth, sultry Christmas album. She's had the time to record nine full lengths with a cornucopia of legendary artists (Billie Joe Armstrong, Willie Nelson, Herbie Hancock, and OutKast to name a few) but somehow hasn't had the time to sit down at her piano and record a slowed down, soft but soulful cover of Mariah Carey's smash hit All I Want For Christmas Is You. Or a sexy rendition of Little Drummer Boy. Or her own take on O Holy Night. It's unconscionable. Tell Norah to right this wrong.
