November 23, 2018 - The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency issued its environmental assessment determination and decided that an environmental assessment of the designated project is required.

The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency commenced an environmental assessment and is inviting public comments until December 24, 2018 on the proposed guidelines for the preparation of the Environmental Impact Statement. This document specifies what should be examined during the environmental assessment.
