You should mandate the mayors to fire the police indefinitely with fines, charges, and jail. Have the reports on Honourable President Obama's desk with in a week. I bet the numbers are astonishing past the thousands. Maybe Obama should let the marines make arrests on police, and on NSA! If I were president this would had been done already!
