This is Another year that a father is serving 16 years over COSTUME jewelry and a collection of pennies. We are prayerful that this is the final year of wrongful incarceration of Michael Christopher Blocker in Georgia.

We paid another private attorney in May 2023. We hopefully are close to completing another step in the exoneration process.

On a separate note, every extended family should send at least one family member to law school to represent the family for profit. I have secured a handful of private attorneys over the decades - and I have had to fire, replace, dismiss, and Sue the attorneys.  However, our #exonerateMichaelChristopherBlocker campaign is at a crossroads because of all the "hocus pocus" involved in his case.  Trial transcripts released over a decade later amongst other misconduct denied Mr. Blocker an appeal opportunity. Only an attorney can decipher what is really on the books and what is not.

The non-profit organizations are probably overwhelmed because if every wrongful incarceration is tainted with the amount of foolery as Michael's case has revealed, then it is a twisted web that you have to find a clear path to the other side. We think that we have the right law firm now and the right timing from a political standpoint to bring Michael home.
