We are following up with the DOJ regarding the 2010 prison attack associated with this 2008 wrongful conviction. 

We also want to know if the new judge who opened the case in 2021 was even aware of all the case numbers that have been disappearing since 2008 before she closed the case in 2021.  Mr. Blocker been trying to get a fair trial since 2007.

Judge James G. Blanchard Jr had the responsibility of upholding the Constitution of the United States of America in his courtroom.

The THREE public defenders sitting with Mr. Blocker had an ethical responsibility to secure something LESS THAN CAPITAL PUNISHMENT sentencing while he had been drugged with schizophrenia meds.

The State may have acted in a corrupted manner, but how did all the "checks and balances" FAIL too?

Ineffective assistance of counsel, the State withholding evidence, and outright prosecutorial misconduct for the LAST 16 years- is written all over the #exonerateMichaelChristopherBlocker case.

Our campaign is tired of Augusta, Georgia trying to keep raising the Bar. Why was the case open for appeal but he was never brought to court before the case was closed again? 

The family has hired a private attorney, and it was a less than perfect experience. The family has filed petitions consistently since the beginning of this nightmare in 2007. The family has been professional and patient. Enough is enough. We have met the demands through civil and criminal court filings. Making the filings disappear is obstruction of justice!

On a separate note, I have personally tried to stop a serial rapist in 1990/1991 in North Carolina: Yet, the justice system let him go to harm others. Then in 2020, I was challenged to prove my own survival story. I delivered, but North Carolina raised the bar and justice slipped away again.

Stop raising the Bar, and start correcting the injustices. The nation is looking at Augusta, Georgia and the corruption. This is bigger than a region. Justice delayed is Justice denied.

2023 - it's time to call out the cover-up, the scandal, the corruption and bring Michael Christopher Blocker HOME.
