In my past search for Hugh Hadden, I had been told that he had not been practicing in the area in any recent years. Of course, I could not officially confirm the Co-defense until now. The trial transcripts for 2007rccr00181 clearly document Attorney Alexia Davis as sitting for the defense.  I just received my copy of the 182 pages. I purposely waited for the right time to order them. Locating Attorney Davis was my sign that we can proceed with the next exoneration step: Securing counsel. The family is in the process of preparing for a meeting with Davis, Chapman, and Wilder.

Also, Michael received notification that his protected medical records and  PII were shared by a hacking as early as January 2022 when Michael filed the motion to withdraw the guilty plea based on being drugged by Augusta, Georgia with schizophrenia meds among other issues like a constitutional right to due process if you want to issue capital punishment sentencing.

Why have a trial going into the third day (182 pages) just to cheat due process? The State was losing so they went for "by any means necessary" to keep their calendar DATE for promotions. We sincerely hope that the FBI and SBI will hold such unethical behavior by the Augusta, GA judicial system accountable.

Michael has survived physical beatings, emotional distress, and many other damages. He just wants his release and exoneration of these false charges. His parents fought until they could no longer fight. Their efforts will not be in vain. This war is not over.
