Dear Supporters:

I called to the clerk of court office and this is the summary of the exchange:

She looked up 2007RCCR00181 case number and saw it was a plea. She said that there were no trial transcripts. I explained to her they were released in 2021. She scrolled down or through and found them. To her surprise, it was 182 pages. She did see them listed but they were not at the top of the file like most cases.

I reminded her that Michael was drugged and under duress and Hoodwinked in signing an incomplete guilty plea (like a blank check) for life without parole. She didn't know anything about the circumstances.

Anyway, the trial transcripts are ordered so that I can discuss with the law firm. Other family members have a copy already as backup.
