It is my thinking that a judge needs to rule on the legality of the 2008 sentencing proceeding relative to the wrongfully medicated defendent (Michael). Then grant the withdrawal of the 2008 guilty plea and begin correcting the errors. So far, no movement on Michael's last January motion. No movement is better than denial. We are on God's timetable.

I do have evidence supporting that the cover-up surrounding Michael's case started before 2011. It is associated with yet another judge's name. I really want to see if we can get justice without adding any more people to the Trainwreck.
Prayerfully, we can get Michael released soon. His story would make for a great television series or trilogy.
