The good news is that the new judge Heath is not listed in our previous lawsuit. However, our campaign is concerned because Heath has worked with both Judge Rebecca "Ashley" Wright (2015) and Law Offices of Tanya Jeffords (2015-2016) who are listed in our past lawsuit. I have not cross referenced previous assigned judges Craig nor Blanchard Jr because two connections is plenty to sound my alarm.

Another concern is that Judge Blanchard Jr did not respond to Michael's 2018 pro Se motion to dismiss the grand jury indictment until 2021. Yes, it was a three year wait, and probably would have been longer than that except he felt pressured to release the 182 pages of trial transcripts over a decade later.

By the way, I believe Judge Blanchard Jr is up for re-election this year in Columbia County, Georgia.

Anyhow, our campaign hopes for a timely and favorable decision on Michael's latest January 2022 pro Se motion to withdraw the guilty plea.

Considering the McMichael's entered a guilty plea at a federal level in the Ahmaud Arbery high profile murder case to transfer to the federal side, Judge Lisa Godbey Wood is giving them some time to "withdraw their guilty plea" since their plea deal was rejected.

We sincerely hope the timing of the #ahmaudarbery case and this "guilty plea" scenario works out in our favor. This is year seven of my fight for justice. It's year 15 for Michael's fight for exoneration. Thank you for your continued support.
