First of all, thank you for all your prayers and support. Thanks for continuing to "snail mail" Michael. Unfortunately, email access is still not working so writing him is the only way right now.

His latest Pro Se Motion is filed.  He is questioning the legality of the sentencing proceedings of presiding Judge James Blanchard Jr in 2008. By the way, I believe that he is due for re-election this year.

In 2021, Michael tried to secure his medical records from the jail leading up to January 2008. The Medical rep at the Augusta, Georgia jail administration offices stated that they don't keep medical records after ten years, and there are no archives.

His sentencing transcripts support that he was on an experimental drug (Seroquel) to treat schizophrenia which he has never been diagnosed with.

Michael has attempted filing a claim surrounding this subject matter before. Prayerfully, he can get an actual 2022 Court date now that he has both trial transcripts and sentencing transcripts.

Justice delayed is justice denied.
