Today was Michael's birthday! We discussed his future contributions to society as a free man.

He's good with wiring. Electricians run in the family. He's good at barbering. Hair professionals run in our family. He enjoys traveling so the transportation industry is also something to consider.  He is a great public speaker and could definitely become an advocate for others wrongfully incarcerated. We foresee interior design training as well.

In a nutshell, prior to this latest 2008 wrongful conviction, he had some  felony convictions but none were violent. Mostly Drug related. He was headed down the wrong path and prison has allowed him to sober up, kick addictions, and definitely see that the justice system can be corrupt. He definitely deserves a chance to stay on the right track. He doesn't want to be locked up ever again. He would love to tell the world in person.
