Michael wants everyone to know that the 182 pages of trial transcripts show that

1) there was NO DNA nor fingerprints found at the woman's home in 2007. So she was not having any sexual activity consensual nor otherwise.

2) the rape kit showed no signs of injury, no abrasions, no lacerations, no tears, no bruises. A menopausal elderly woman (age 74) who supposedly was raped from the back should have shown some signs of violence.

3) no DNA expert was ever called to explain the separate DNA report from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation which still does NOT show any vaginal DNA match.

Yet, an innocent man is being held life without parole for a sex crime where there is no proof that the woman was even sexual active at age 74.
