Here's where we are

1) Our campaign has asked the district attorney office for raw unedited 2008 video footage of the court proceedings.  The #exonerateMichael Christopher Blocker case was high profile for the CSRA region. There was full media coverage surrounding the trial. Surely, a case that was referenced in multiple promotions and nominations has video footage archived.

2) There is a third judge name change referenced in the case management data surrounding case 2007rccr00181. Blanchard Jr -> Daniel J Craig -> Amanda Heath

3) The case management data stops at 10/8/2021 but Michael has received and sent multiple correspondence from James Blanchard Jr's office in care of his assistant in October 2021. We are uncertain why the additional correspondence is NOT being reflected in case management data.

4) Our rebuttal has been strong, and this abandonment of the case reflects weakness in the reasoning of the prosecution of Michael's case.

5) The Augusta Georgia political climate was barely covered by the media surrounding the November 2, 2021 election. We can only assume that there was good reason for the limited public November 2021 coverage.

Our campaign is hopeful that a release date for Michael Christopher Blocker will be announced in coming weeks THIS YEAR.
