The problem: Michael Christopher Blocker NEEDS to be released from unlawful detention in the Georgia Prison System.

Challenge: Rebecca Ashley Wright altered the nolo contendere after it was signed by an overmedicated defendant like it was a "blank check. " She was likely the one that ordered the arrest for the rape and kidnapping charges on the second day of the trial because she had premeditated her "blank check" plans and called in two Black female public defenders to help execute her plan. The Black female Public defenders may have been  unaware of the scope of deception in play. Under duress from the defense team, the (over) medicated defendant signed a document/plea deal/whatever the paperwork was for burglary only to end the ordeal.

Rebecca Ashley Wright finished executing her own unlawful agenda, and here we are.

1) the guilty plea looks like the defendant signed for three charges when he did NOT.

2) the guilty plea voids the trial by jury which is Blanchard Jr's defense in not releasing the trial transcripts for over a decade.

3) the previous Habeas attempts without the 182 pages of trial by jury transcripts handicapped the pro se defendant from showing a different venue that he was Hoodwinked.

4) the previous Habeas attempts hinders future Habeas attempts according to Georgia Attorney General office.

So the best solution is to undo the wrongdoing where it started in the Augusta Georgia Division where Rebecca Ashley Wright is running for 2021 re-election and the #exonerateMichael Christopher Blocker campaign  is asking Judge James Blanchard Jr to eliminate the capital punishment sentencing that he put in place in 2008 based on unconstitutional denial of due process.

Their defense says this conspiracy theory can not be proven, but they have yet to prove that a rape and a kidnapping even occurred. And "KAREN" is DEAD . . .
