I found an attorney that should be a good match for our case.

The December 2010 Habeas that Judge Frank Horkan presided over seems to be missing from the public database.

Michael had all of his belongings stolen at the prison a few years ago. I fear that they were searching for the hardcopy of the transcripts for this 2010 hearing.

Judges J. Randal Hall and Blanchard Jr have both refused to acknowledge the existence of this 2010 Habeas in Lowndes County under Judge Frank Horkan.

Public defender Hugh Hadden came without 182 pages of trial transcripts but handed  Michael his whole case file RAW and unfiltered like his case was buried forever ;  never to see the light.

Michael sent his family 90% of his court records to work on his case and  thto keep originals safe since the corruption starts at the federal level and travels down.

I will continue to inquire about this missing case. Some one should check on Hugh Hadden. The last I heard- he was missing too.
