Michael Christopher Blocker was denied release in January 2007 because the private attorney did not show up for the bond hearing for the regional HIGH profile Georgia case.

Michael Christopher Blocker was denied completion of his 2008 trial by jury by Hugh Hadden, Alexia Davis (identified in 2021 release of trial transcripts), Ashley Wright, and Daniel J. Craig in Augusta, Georgia.

Michael Christopher Blocker was denied 2008 trial transcripts by James Blanchard Jr. Until 2021 release of these transcripts.

Michael Christopher Blocker was denied due process by Judge Frank D. Horkan and Hugh Hadden in 2010 Habeas in Lowndes County Georgia when the ruling was completed without the 182 pages of 2008 trial transcripts. Case 2010 CV 2368.

Michael Christopher Blocker was repeatedly denied certificate of appeal (COA) multiple times over a decade by Federal Judge J. Randal Hall who received a nomination in 2008 right after the High profile Regional Georgia fictitious rape case.

There was never any proof that a rape occurred. The regional manhunt for a rapist was sensationalized by the media during an election year.

Judge Blanchard Jr. Denied dismissal of grand jury indictment in September 2021 sighting appellate rights were expired. Compounding evidence shows that Michael Christopher Blocker was repeatedly denied due process since 2008 by multiple individuals.

The #exonerateMichael Christopher Blocker campaign needs a Habeas hearing scheduled in light of the 2021 release of the trial transcripts for the 2008 trial by jury that was interrupted associated with a capital punishment sentence in Georgia.

Our campaign demands immediate, reasonable release of prison petitioner Michael Christopher Blocker from unlawful incarceration in Georgia.
