Since the Georgia prison system has temporarily separated Michael Christopher Blocker from his belongings multiple times and has now permanently separated him from his belongings, his sister and I have to prepare legal packages as needed for him.

In doing so, I reviewed the "guilty plea" ( Nolo Contendere) that Judge James Blanchard Jr claims was not a capital punishment case but he ordered a capital punishment sentence. Remember it's Georgia, they often get away with murder there. #AhmaudArbery

Anyway, I noticed that burglary charges were in position one throughout the whole document, but rape and kidnapping would interchanged from second to third positions with NO consistency whatsoever. I documented and announced that I suspected that the document had been altered by Ashley Wright after Michael's signature in 2016.

Now, with fresh eyes, I see that item #7 makes this document illegal. An overmedicated defendant even under duress of three public defenders would not agree to Life without parole while a charged jury in the third day of trial that was favoring his acquittal and after he already was detained a year in Augusta Richmond County Jail. 

No, Ashley Wright and her accomplices STOLE Michael Christopher Blocker's trial by jury, altered an Nolo Contendere after the signature making it doubly illegal and unethical, and has not even attempted to correct the error within the last five years of my bringing it to her attention.

Unlike #RayshardBrooks case in Atlanta, Georgia- Mr. Brooks' "resisting arrest" legally can justify his unethical execution.  Michael Christopher Blocker's wrongful incarceration can not be justified. Unfortunately, like #BreonnaTaylor case - cases get ignored and not addressed.
