Georgia added Charges from over seven years ago?

The Blocker family has been fighting for Michael's exoneration since the day the "powers that be" claimed him as a scapegoat for election year promotions. After reviewing his most recent prison account, we identified 2017 charges reflecting a county that Michael was not in during 2017. Michael also identified 2006 charges that occurred when he was a free civilian on his bill. I initially thought they added charges from a different "Michael Blocker" in 2017, but upon reviewing lawsuits from 2009 and 2011, the case numbers matched. So why were additional charges from 2009 and 2011 lawsuits against the prison system stacked onto Michael's bill in 2017??? So we are now trying to get his prison bill cleaned up! The courts seem to be at an impasse. Michael is ready to be released. We are all taking one day at a time. This fight is just ridiculous! Georgia should be ashamed of this racket.
