In 2015, I brought to the State's attention that they "misread" the "expedited" DNA report surrounding indictment 2007RCCR00181. In 2016, I brought to the State's attention that the sentencing transcript displayed prosecutorial misconduct amongst other violations of civil rights as described in closed case cv1:16-34 In 2017, after meeting so much opposition trying to get Michael freed from false imprisonment by attacking the front end, we decided to take a different approach in 2018. We are attacking the back end. We are trying to undo where all the State's errors began. The grand jury indictment has been moved to be dismissed as of June 13, 2018. Come on Georgia! Why is this man serving life without parole sentencing over some age 74 year old "coochie" that even the rape kit shows NOBODY touched it! The DNA does not support any rape!
