Middle Class is Suffering
The Issue
COVID-19 Pandemic have taken from many, their jobs, which is crucial to many, especially those dependent on paycheck-to-paycheck inorder to sustain their livelihoods. Non-payment of salaries and dues have compelled the working community to lose their self-morale and have left some to drown in mental agony.
The Supreme Court on 12th June 2020 in its peculiar order extended its interim orders preventing any coercive action against employers for not complying with the Ministry of Home Affair's Directive Order dated 29th March 2020, directing all the employers to pay full wages. The Court postponed the arguments to the end of July (7 weeks from now) which have, yet again, swaggered the Employer's power over the Employee's s vulnerability during these trying times.

Supreme Court's Judgment-https://main.sci.gov.in/supremecourt/2020/10983/10983_2020_36_1502_22526_Judgement_12-Jun-2020.pdf
Countless number of grievances with respect to unpaid dues/salaries/wages, have been registered with the Ministry of Labour and Employment, which are still pending investigation and far away from rewarding outcome, as directing the employers to pay full salaries to their employees, in helpless applicant's favour.
I have started this petition To Urge Government of India and Ministry of Labour and Employment as well as The Honorable Supreme Court of India, On Behalf of The Daily Wage Earners and the Salaried-Low and Middle Income-Earners, To Direct All The Employers to Pay All Due Entitlements To Their Workers and Employees.
Those Employers who are facing inevitable financial crises and unable to pay out full salaries and due entitlements to their employees at the present date shall ensure payment of full salaries to all the employees at a future CERTAIN date so that the workers and employees are able to reinstate their monetary position.
The delay of 7 weeks in hearing and pronouncing the final judgment will not solace the existential issues of the working class, especially, when the sufferings are increasing by every day's end. There should be an urgent hearing of this matter which affects the Right to Livelihood of enormous people.
The Government shall battle to secure the purpose behind its MHA's Directive Order issued under Disaster Management Act, the one which came to be at the mercy of helpless unpaid workers and employees.
-VOICE OF WORKERS, LABOURERS AND EMPLOYEES AND THOSE WHO SEEKS JUSTICE FOR US
