Just to add to my already horrendous cancer journey due to non fatal strangulation 

I have been diagnosed with HUS-Hemolytic-uremic syndrome.

This is a rare condition that can occur when small blood vessels become damaged

This damage makes me now prone to blood clots, The clots can damage my kidneys and other organs and can often lead to kidney failure which is also life threatening.

I now must carry a medical card in my wallet at all times and now wear a medical bracelet as I will need blood transfusions but only a particular antibody can be given to me otherwise this could prove fatal.
