Dear Aam Aadmi, Owning a home is the biggest dream of a middle class Indian. We buy our home after due consideration of surroundings, openness, density of project and amenities offered by the developer.   I would like to highlight the biggest problem while buying a house in Noida and Greater Noida area in the state of U.P. The builders have a free hand to cheat buyers. Layout plans are changed frequently, new towers are launched in place of children play area, clubs are converted into school and marriage halls, super area is increase rampantly. This is exploitation of the buyers rights and must be stopped.  "THE UTTAR PRADESH APARTMENT (PROMOTION OF CONSTRUCTION, OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE) ACT, 2010" have enough provisions to stop these practices but the authorities in Noida and Gr. Noida are not implementing it.   The honorable High Court of Allahabad as well as the Supreme Court of India has already upheld validity of this Act and have recommended immediate implementation of the rules. However the authorities are not acting on the same and are benefiting hundreds of builders working in the area.  Let us oppose this rampant practice. Our voices must be heard. Noida and Gr. Noida CEO must force the implementation of U.P. Appt Act 2010. It's been more than 4 years when this Act was introduced by Governor of Uttar Pradesh and it is yet to be followed in Noida.  Builders are cheating buyers in every possible way.
