"Project 180" c/o Grace Fellowship Church is attempting to build a 40 UNIT HEROIN REHAB on King Graves Road, behind many homes on Henn Hyde Road.  This negatively affects hundreds of residents from Howland and Vienna.  Potential results: declining property values, increase in outsider traffic, reduction in neighborhood safety, and an increase in crimes associated with drug addiction.  The solution is to protect residents & STOP the building of the HEROIN REHAB in an area that is ZONED RESIDENTIAL.
