Siyanda Sobetwa has been molesting his daughter since 2014. She was 9 years old at that time. He started by playing with his penis inbetween her thighs. Then when years went by he started penetrating her. In 2020, Siyanda's niece visited during lockdown and he molested her too. He took turns with both his daughter and his niece. He made them watch each other as he took turns with them. 

We want him to be denied bail. As he has threatened to kill the kids and his wife. If he could be granted bail, the kids safety would be compromised and so is the safety of his wife. The kids fear for their lives because he always emphasized that should they tell anyone he would kill them. 

The kids and the mother's lives are not safe as the mother is also a victim of domestic violence.
