The Issue
Dear Dr. Kieran Moore,
Parents are signing this petition to say NO to the potential Ontario Covid-19 Vaccine Mandate for children in Ontario to RETURN OR STAY in school on/after January 17, 2022
Toronto District School Board Trustees voted on Thursday - it passed and is on to next stage.
"In less than an hour on Thursday, Toronto District School Board trustees voted 13-4 to have the COVID-19 vaccine made compulsory under the Immunization of School Pupils Act."
Quotes from the article are disturbing:
“We follow the direction of public health,” she said, a sanctimonious tone to her voice. “We don’t consult the world on public health measures.”
"TDSB spokesman Ryan Bird said if the vaccine is included in the Immunization of School Pupils Act, students “could be suspended” for not having it"
"But more than that, it is absolutely outrageous that a group of trustees – should be able to dictate that young children need to be vaccinated with an unproven vaccine that could cause complications as it has with so many adults
It is highly unethical and tantamount to child abuse. And one knows that if the TDSB is able to do it, other boards will follow suit."

We are 2 Concerned Dads based in Kitchener-Waterloo with kids in WRDSB school system. To be clear we're NOT anti-vaccine but are VERY CONCERNED!
This children's mRNA vaccine was ONLY approved in November 2021 - under emergency authorization and WE DO NOT KNOW THE FULL ADVERSE EVENTS!
TDSB trustees voted on by Toronto District School Board (January 7th). This may set a precedence and we do NOT want this mandated for ALL Ontario school boards. Online learning simply doesn't work after 1.5 years of trying.
How does a school trustee have the medical qualifications to suggest what vaccine to put in our children to return to school?
We have parental rights!
Myocarditis in children is real, we don't want to potentially damage our children for life!
