On Thursday December, 16th  a main water pipe froze and busted in downtown Nashville inside  the William R. Snodgrass tower.  Better known as the Tennessee Tower, which houses multiple goverment offices for the state. due to the cleanup,  some 40,000 Tennessee residents were forced to wait for another 14 days before they would recieve there unemployment checks in the mail?! thousands have no income other than the unemployment checks. Numerous residents are scared and worried sick about how the bills are going to be paid?
