The Cathedral City Planning Comission has denied the Conditional Use Permit for a new gas station on Date Palm and Victoria Drive. 

However, the gas station has appealed the decision, and the City Council is holding a Public Hearing to approve, deny or propose changes to the project...and they want to hear from YOU! 

A new gas station would bring to our neighborhood:

Increased Traffic
Increased Noise
Lower Property Values
Blighting
Harmful Health Effects to those living and working nearby

submit your public comment to the Commission electronically by
