Dear Supporter The National Park will be making the decision on the Glasfryn Road proposed Premier Inn hotel & housing development this WEDNESDAY 6 JUNE, 10.00am, Ty'r Pererin, Quickwell Hill, St Davids. This is an open public meeting, everyone can attend, please be there if you can to show your opposition to this hotel. 281 Letters of Objection and only 78 Letters of Support! 78% of those who have spoken are against the proposed Hotel! YET still the Planning Officer is recommending that planning permission be given. We have read the Planning Officers report and there are MANY areas where it has failed to take full account of the of the IMPACT OF THE HOTEL; full consideration has not been given to the detailed and evidence based objections that we made. The planning consultant who has been helping us believes the same. She has also not given due consideration to the independent economic report submitted by NOPi as to the impact the hotel will have on the local economy - which is not as Premier Inn claim! We have also strongly challenged the Computer Generated Images, submitted very late by the applicants, which whilst maybe suitable for marketing purposes they are not the highest standard of verifiable image that would be expected for such a major planning development. We have written to the National Park Committee with all of these concerns URGINGthem to have a full discussion at the meeting and to reject this hotel. BE THERE TO ADD YOUR SUPPORT, THIS IS THE FINAL CHANCE. Get there EARLY though as we expect it to be busy! See you Wednesday..... For full details of NOPi's objection documents and the Planning Officer's report see the NOPi website.
