* Derbyshire Wildlife Trust - Significant concerns about the development of this site due to the loss of habitats, impact on species and the impact on the Coppice Brook.
To name but a few in the field bats, badgers, foxes, hedgehogs, grass snake, woodpecker, Jay's, house sparrows, ties, finches, kestrels, owls, red kites, and rare butterfly's paper hairstreak, admiral, patented ladles, copper and peacock. Large blue dragonfly, newts. Lots of bees, devil coach house beatles.
In summary Ambervalley says - wildlife/biodiversity impacts could be appropriately mitigated through compensation measures. For example there is an opportunity to do this on nearby land at Newlands/Taylor Lane
