A local landowner, the Mills Church, wants to develop high density housing next to the historic Minnetonka Town Hall building. To do so, it intends to petition the City for a zoning change.

The historic Minnetonka Town Hall building, built in 1906, is at this location on the corner of Baker Road and Minnetonka Drive. It should be surrounded with green space and parkland. But instead, if the zoning is changed from R-1, this historic area could be developed with high density housing (apartments, townhouses, etc.)

This neighborhood is currently zoned R-1 for single family homes. Let's keep it that way! Say "NO" to rezoning!
