No Reduced Bail for Christopher Davila- #JusticeForKing
The Issue
On January 11, 2019 San Antonio started mourning and grieving the loss of Baby King Jay Davila. King Jay was buried in just a backpack and blanket at the hands of his father in San Antonio, Texas. This was after days of believing that King had been kidnapped- but this was part of an elaborate plan to have law enforcement believe that King was still alive and not the victim of foul play. Later, Christopher Davila (King’s Father) led law enforcement to King’s lifeless body, laying alone under a dark bridge.
Months into court hearings, King Jay’s father is appealing to have his bond LOWERED from 1.25 million to some sort of unspecified reduction. His attorney claims his bond is “excessive and oppressive” and a violation of amendment rights.
San Antonio is not ready to face Christopher Davila, and we as a city believe that he should not be released until the courts decide his final verdict. The citizens of San Antonio bonded together after King’s passing and have prayed and begged for justice.
Please show your support and sign if you feel like a reduced bond is unnecessary and unwanted by the citizens of San Antonio in this case.
