Our efforts proved successful: The hearing room was packed with 160-170 residents and standing room only. The ZBA voted NO to the proposed text amendments. The ZBA will make official findings of fact at the next scheduled ZBA meeting, May 9, then will refer its findings to the Village Board.  The Village Board has the option to accept the findings, deny the findings and accept the proposal as-is, amend the proposal, or start the process over again.
