The Issue
PLEASE STAND with me, America. Sexual assault is a crime and has a far-reaching, negative impacts for the Department of Defense (DoD). Sexual harassment and assault undermines DoD's core values, degrades mission readiness, and incurs huge financial costs for the taxpayers.
A Commander In Chief should not be a self-boasting Sexual Assaulter.

A BILL TO AMEND PRESIDENTIAL ELIGIBILITY
(Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 OF THE U. S. CONSTITUTION)
PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES; CONDUCT AND GOOD MORAL CHARACTER (CGMC) VETTING TO MATCH IMMIGRANT APPLICANT VETTING
WHEREAS, the main role of the President is to execute laws and unify the Nation, the purpose and intent of this title is to afford the citizens of the United States of America the full assurance that Presidential Candidates have a demonstrated history of the ethical conduct and non-prejudicial character consistent with Standards of Conduct expected of Citizens, Immigrants, all public servants and our Commander-In-Chief, and
WHEREAS, Presidential Candidates, prior to receiving any political party nomination, must complete Non-Partisan Conduct and Good Moral Character (CGMC) Vetting to ensure leadership capacity consisted with U. S. Military Commander-In-Chief duties and self-discipline, and
WHEREAS, While the requirements of this legislation is expressly presented to apply to Presidential (including Vice Presidential) Candidates, it may also be utilized for appointed or elected Civil Officers under employment considerations including local, state or federal officers, law enforcement or any applicants serving the public trust, and
WHEREAS, This legislation, which intends to restore confidence to agreed standards of conduct and character are consistently expected of our nation’s government and public service leaders, becomes effective immediately upon the date of enactment, and
WHEREAS, Congress shall appropriate such funds as necessary for the printing of the CGMC Vetting Checklist & Review Booklet, online training for Volunteer CGMC Vetting Reviewer’s Certification, and secure Webinar Interview Platform, and
WHEREAS, REFERENCES SITED: Presidential Eligibility, Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of The U. S. Constitution; Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the Executive Branch, Final Regulation Issued by the U.S. Office of Government Ethics Codified in 5 C.F.R.
