Bearlake-Bel-Aire- Huntclub-WEKIVA and surrounding neighborhoods. We need to STOP panhandlers in our area. They are affecting your home value and bringing Felons to our area. 
They make alot of money off your kindness and there are proper channels for them to get assistance.  They have worn a path in the grass at the end if Balmy beach as the same woman has been there going in 2 yrs.

They are boldly approaching shoppers inside of Publix and in the parking lot. NOT SAFE.

Enough is enough…there are some that are squatting in homes near you and your children. 

lets get Seminole County to make this area a NO PANHANDLER ZONE.
