The McGowan government and in particular, Lisa O'Malley, are again publicly supporting and funding the small group of noisy law breaking NIMBY's, in order to have Roe 8 removed from the Main Roads Schedule (MRS). A Road that has been planned since 1953 and is desperately needed NOW. If the road is removed from the MRS then everyday life will become complete hell for City of Cockburn, Melville and Fremantle residents. You can also say goodbye to the Fremantle Port forever as the increasing congestion and restricted access will make the transport industry unviable. WA Labor will force you out of your cars and onto overcrowded and expensive public transport. You will be slugged with congestion charges for dropping off and picking up your children from daycare and school. WA Labor will proceed with building an outer harbour that is estimated to cost $10b, will destroy Cockburn Sound forever and will cost tens of thousands of jobs. In order to let the noisy minority know that there is a huge majority of public support for building Roe 8 and 9, we will design, manufacture and erect a mass of signage. The signage will be HUGE and will let the wider WA audience know the benefits of this project to all West Australians.
