Never mind the state of WA has the Main Roads department full of industry experts trained in civil engineering and road planning, when we have Transport Minister Lisa Saffiotti and Fremantle Mayor Brad Pettitt with no expertise getting together to come up with expert road planning solutions over a cup of coffee.
