Save Orange Hills is seeking volunteers to conduct weekly biological surveys around the perimeter of the Orange Hills area. Please help us to catalogue special status species, such as Least Bell’s Vireo and Crotch’s Bumblebee, on and near the land. Documenting wildlife usage is a tried and true method for protecting habitat against the threat of development.
Save Orange Hills has a survey protocol with field data sheets, observational tools, and databases for input ready to go. Please contact our volunteer coordinator Leslie Robinson if you can help with this crucial task.
