All over Our Country and the World, Professionals are required to be licensed and Insured, to protect their customers and themselves financially. 

However, our Government relies on its citizens to cover the cost of their mistakes and then relies on Qualified Immunity to keep them from accountability. Law Enforcement especially, counts on Qualified Immunity to save them from legal and financial accountability and then are allowed to continue the blatant lawlessness.

Four States Have Already Made Qualified Immunity History, for the defense of LEO's who have stepped on our citizens rights. Colorado, Montana, Nevada, and New Mexico are the states among us who have had enough of Law enforcement over stepping their authority. You need to realize LEO's are PUBLIC SERVANTS! They should be listening to us, not them barking unlawful orders, Just because a LEO spouts whatever out of their pie hole doesn't make it a "Lawful Order"! Lawful Orders are Orders Back By Law!

It is my Life's Mission To End Qualified Immunity throughout our entire country.

What needs to happen to this "Profession"? First off, there should be a thorough mental evaluation for anyone applying for the position of Law Enforcement. People who were bullied in school, those who have short mans complex, those who were bullies and the people in our country who have power issues, should not even be considered, let alone be allowed to apply. Mental and Character testing Before Application. Secondly, their training should be worked over. It appears they "Brain Washed" into believing "All" Citizens are "Criminals".

"Back The Blue Until It Happens To You"! lastly, once we've weeded out the majority of bad apples, this profession needs to fall in line with every other profession out there and be required to have Liability Insurance! This will alleviate the "Pack". The Gang mentality! Once an individual has to cover their own behind, change is IMMINENT! As long as an LEO can keep insurance, then they can continue to Serve the Public. When it comes upon the time when an LEO is no longer insurable, then they should be decertified and no longer be allowed to serve the public in that capacity ever again. No Ifs, ands, or buts. Along with said accountability they should be imprisoned for the acts that prompted said action and be held financially accountable as well. No More Will The People Pay for Law Suits LEO's Acquire. This State of Events Should Also Go Hand In Hand With The Police Authority  Who Is Responsible For Letting Said Individual/s On The Street.

In Summation,  Qualified Immunity needs to be abolished across our nation. 

Innocent people in our country are being abused daily by egregious Law Enforcement making false arrests, unlawful use of force, and violent use of force for mere traffic violations. Not to mention the idiocy of breaking down the wrong doors, stopping the wrong suspected car thief, turning the victim into the suspect, and beating them. If policing claims to be a profession, then train up! Learn how to handle a situation without lethal force, especially when there is no way injury may come your way. If You Are "SCARED" find a different profession. Policing is for Expertly Qualified Individuals, Not For Anyone Just Trying To Collect A Pay Check. If you can't stay in excellent health, you shouldn't be in a position where you will have to chase afoot or handle a physical situation. 

People, Families, Children, Wives, and Husbands, are affected daily by the hands of overzealous individuals claiming to protect and serve. Careers are ruined, property is ceased, and fines are levied without a victim or damage to property. Things need to Change, and Change NOW!
