The Issue

No on HB 1356 Sonnenberg -- No Severance Money For Local Governments that Impact Oil & Gas:  Don't let dirty energy bully our local government!

Local governments should not be penalized for fulfilling their legal obligation to regulate land use and oversee oil and gas operations in areas under their jurisdiction. Such penalties would unfairly obstruct the ability of local governments to protect the health, safety and welfare of their communities.
