Thank you for your continued support for the No New Ash Green Solar (No-NAGS) campaign. We’re making great strides, but there’s more we can do to protect our green belt land while promoting smarter renewable energy solutions like rooftop solar.

As part of our efforts, we’re encouraging everyone to contact their MP to support the Sunshine Bill, which would require all new homes to be fitted with solar panels. This initiative could help highlight the benefits of utilising existing urban spaces for renewable energy, potentially reducing the pressure to sacrifice our countryside for industrial solar farms.

To make this process easier, we kindly ask you to send your email address to info@no-nags.co.uk, so we can include your support in a collective email to our local MP, Tom Tugendhat. Tom has been incredibly supportive of the No-NAGS campaign, and we want to ensure we avoid flooding his inbox with individual messages while demonstrating the strength of local opinion.

Additionally, by providing your email address, you’ll enable us to keep you informed about critical updates regarding the solar farm application. This application is still under review by Sevenoaks District Council, and once it becomes active, we’ll provide details on how you can formally lodge your objections.

Rest assured, we will only send emails relevant to the campaign, such as updates on the planning process and ways you can help. We value your time and won’t bombard you with unnecessary messages.
